Returns & Shipping
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. We do offer refunds and exchanges if it’s required.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
Shipping Timelines
Shipping timelines are 3-5 days for customers to receive their items Australia-wide and 7-12 days for customers residing outside of Australia. Items are shipped upon the order being placed and paid upfront.
